Opportunity

What you will own

• Define technical architecture for enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, internal tools, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Develop reusable AI components, pipelines, and frameworks for multiple enterprise use cases.
• Improve model performance, context management, tool selection, latency, and operating costs.
• Establish security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices for AI deployments.
• Lead engineering teams across regions; work with enterprise stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards, documentation, and architectural best practices.

Technical environment

• Agent and LLM frameworks include LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, ReAct, and comparable frameworks.
• Model platforms include OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and Llama 2 or related open-source models.
• AI engineering includes RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, memory and context management, vector databases, tool calling, API integrations, and multi-agent architectures.
• Cloud and application technologies include Python, Node.js, serverless architectures, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

What the employer is looking for

• 15+ years of professional presales, software engineering, and AI/ML experience; 3+ years hands-on building LLM applications.
• Demonstrated delivery of Agentic AI or autonomous AI systems, beyond chatbot-only solutions.
• Strong enterprise architecture and scalable distributed systems knowledge; experience integrating AI with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives and engaging directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia; Arabic-speaking capability is specified in the title.

Location and working model

• Remote role with occasional travel across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
