Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, memes, and platform updates.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
• Capture photos and videos during company events, product launches, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand visibility.
• Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and values.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media platforms.
• Proficiency in content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content when required.

Working Hours

• Full-time (5 days per week)
• May require occasional evening, weekend, or event coverage.
