Job Purpose
Responsible for sourcing and managing all procurement activities for SugarMoo, including ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
Ensures cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely availability of stock across multiple branches and the central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage suppliers for bakery/dessert ingredients, dairy, chocolate, packaging, and consumables.
- Handle procurement for multiple branches and central kitchen operations.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Ensure continuous stock availability and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Prepare procurement reports including spend analysis and supplier performance.
- Support demand planning and forecasting with operations and kitchen teams.
- Process RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries across all outlets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years procurement experience in F&B, bakery, or central kitchen environment.
- Experience handling multi-branch operations.
- Knowledge of bakery/dessert ingredients and packaging materials preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- UAE experience is an advantage; driving license preferred.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
