Job Summary
We are seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain company records and documentation related to logistics, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, sales, and finance.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, document control, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and correspondence.
- Handle logistics documentation including delivery notes, shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and proof of delivery.
- Process and archive purchase orders, supplier invoices, contracts, and inventory records.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, finance, and logistics teams.
- Support audits by providing complete and organized documentation.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience in document control, logistics, administration, supply chain, or wholesale distribution.
- Experience with shipping documents, inventory records, and procurement documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- **Russian or CIS Nationals Required**
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
