Fundraising Campaign Director

The position focuses on campaign scheduling, bookings, coordination, and execution so founders can attend meetings and deliver their message.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the complete campaign calendar.
- Secure press coverage, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and speaking engagements.
- Organize founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings.
- Manage founder schedules, travel arrangements, briefings, and preparation.
- Coordinate PR agencies, event partners, content teams, and external suppliers.
- Track deadlines, bookings, follow-ups, deliverables, and overall campaign progress.
- Identify and resolve issues independently.
- Provide weekly progress updates, risks, and next steps.
Requirements
- Experience leading a campaign from planning through execution.
- Background in PR, communications, events, political campaigns, product launches, conferences, or similar work.
- Strong professional network across the Gulf, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
- Good knowledge of regional media, events, and platforms such as LEAP, GITEX, Misk, and Hub71.
- Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leaders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working without close supervision.
- Consistent availability throughout the full campaign period.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the GCC when required.
