Customer Success Manager in Performance Account Management, based in Dubai and fully remote.

Key responsibilities
- Own performance and influencer marketing accounts focused on ROAS.
- Lead optimization, retention, growth planning, and upselling.
- Build strategic client relationships.
- Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for Product.
- Coordinate with BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product teams.
- Identify workflow gaps and proactively improve processes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Experience managing performance-based accounts, including e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace accounts.
- Exposure to SaaS or product environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
- High ownership and accountability, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate, or agency-and-product background is preferred.
