What you'll own
- Own group budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage treasury, liquidity, working capital, and movement of funds.
- Improve receivables, payables, reporting, and compliance processes, automating where useful.
- Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting with AI and technology.
- Partner with leadership to explain numbers and guide decisions.
- Incorporate corporate tax and VAT into finance processes.
- Contribute to fintech-platform direction and grow into a Team Captain role.
What we're looking for
- 3–4+ years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, cash management, and financial operations.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for numbers.
- Comfort improving processes and using automation or AI where useful.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership.
