Finance specialist

Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group.

Manage treasury, liquidity, working capital, and movement of funds .

Own and improve receivables, payables, reporting, and compliance processes, with automation where it adds value.

Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting using AI and technology to improve speed and visibility.

Partner with leadership to explain the numbers and guide business decisions .

Ensure corporate tax and VAT are properly incorporated into finance processes.

Contribute to MoonTech’s fintech-platform direction .

Grow into a Team Captain , setting standards and helping the wider team level up.

3–4+ years of relevant finance experience.

Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cash management, and financial operations.

Strong analytical skills and genuine aptitude for numbers.

Comfortable improving processes and using automation/AI where useful.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership.
