Full Time Sales Executive - Ceramics / Tiles

Job Summary

A Sales Executive in ceramics is responsible for selling tiles, sanitary ware, and related building materials to customers such as contractors, interior designers, and walk-in clients, while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist walk-in customers in selecting tiles, ceramics, and bathroom fittings
  • Explain product features, sizes, materials, and pricing
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs (home, office, project)

Business Development

  • Find new customers (contractors, builders, companies)
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Visit project sites to generate sales leads

Sales Targets

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
  • Negotiate prices and close deals

Documentation

  • Prepare invoices, LPOs, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and delivery

Showroom Management

  • Ensure showroom displays are clean and organized
  • Stay updated on new designs, trends, and products

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Knowledge of ceramics, tiles, or building materials
  • Negotiation and customer handling
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, invoicing systems)
  • Arabic (optional but preferred in Qatar)

Qualifications

  • High school or diploma (Bachelor’s is a plus)
  • 1–3+ years experience in ceramics / building materials sales
  • Qatar driving license (often preferred)
