Office Assistant - Job Description
An Office Assistant handles basic administrative and support tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors
- Handle emails, filing, and document organization
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports
- Data entry (Excel, company systems)
- Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- Support accountants or managers with paperwork
- Manage office supplies (stationery, etc.)
- Coordinate deliveries and courier services
