Full Stack Software Engineer – AI & Integrations

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Use AI coding tools while owning correctness, security, and reliability.
• Design and maintain third-party API integrations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to applied-AI features using LLM APIs, structured outputs, retrieval, or related techniques.
• Write tests, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering leadership and developers; support code review and improved development practices.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional software-development experience.
• Strong production experience with React or React Native, Node.js or TypeScript, APIs, AWS or comparable cloud services, and SQL or MongoDB.
• Regular professional use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or equivalent.
• End-to-end ownership experience with third-party API integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Qatar and eligible to work locally.

Preferred experience

• Experience shipping at least one applied-AI feature or internal tool is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Package is QAR 8,000–12,000, depending on experience.
• Pay is QAR 8,000–12,000 per month.

Workplace

• Doha; work location is in person.
