The Treasury Technology team develops systems used by Treasury, Counterparty Risk and Treasury Operations teams.
Its platforms support Margin, Cash and Collateral Management, Treasury Operations and Equity Finance for analysts, Front Office users, Portfolio Managers and senior management.
What you'll do
- Partner with global business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
- Develop and enhance Treasury applications supporting critical Treasury, Counterparty Risk and Treasury Operations processes.
- Own delivery timelines and coordinate priorities and dependencies across a global technology organization.
- Own software systems through design, development, deployment and ongoing support.
- Apply sound engineering practices to solve complex business problems.
What you bring
- At least five years of hands-on programming experience and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, concurrency and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on .NET development experience, including C# and ASP.NET Web API.
- Experience building web applications with Angular, Ember.js or similar frameworks, and experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
- Recent experience owning large software systems and managing their full application lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with enterprise databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase or Oracle, and continuous delivery tools.
- Familiarity with capital markets concepts and operational structures; Kubernetes, Kafka and Python are pluses.
