Role responsibilities
- Support undergraduate and graduate recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and develop campus recruiting strategies.
- Develop and execute university recruitment strategies across EMEA, including London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Switzerland.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout recruitment and summer internship programs.
- Plan and deliver on-campus and in-house recruiting events.
- Build candidate and new-hire relationships and support a high-quality recruiting experience.
- Support planning and management of the internship program across candidate and intern lifecycle phases.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and candidates, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions.
Candidate qualifications
- Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and university hiring processes.
- Prior campus or university recruiting experience; financial services experience is a plus.
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong talent attraction, candidate engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
