Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Dubai.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and maintaining both backend and frontend components of business applications.

You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions, primarily for trading and SME sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customise scalable web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Build and maintain user-facing features using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
  • Design and implement robust database models and business logic
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party services
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and optimised for production environments
  • Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working on
  • SaaS products
  • (development and scaling)
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
  • Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Experience working in Linux-based environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
