Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong UI/UX expertise to join our team in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and maintaining both backend and frontend components of business applications, with particular emphasis on the design and usability of user-facing experiences.
You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and clients to translate business needs into intuitive, well-designed software solutions, primarily for trading and SME sectors.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping how a product looks and feels as they are building the systems behind it.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces from concept through to implementation
- Translate user requirements and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and polished production interfaces
- Build and maintain user-facing features using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Design and implement robust database models and business logic
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party services
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback and user behaviour
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver thoughtful technical solutions
- Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices
- Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and optimised for production environments
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, design critiques, and code reviews
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Demonstrated UI/UX experience, with a portfolio that shows strong design sensibility and attention to usability
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Experience working on SaaS products (development and scaling)
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
- Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or similar)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Experience working in Linux-based environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
