Full Stack Developer

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full stack applications across front-end and back-end layers
• Build and maintain robust APIs and microservices integrated with internal systems
• Optimise and automate SDLC workflows using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement of code quality

Technical Requirements

• Must-have stack:
• .NET (C#) - back-end development
• Angular - front-end framework
• RabbitMQ - message broker and event-driven architecture
• SQL & MongoDB - relational and document databases
• Microsoft Azure - DevOps, cloud infrastructure and services
• Required experience:
• Proven track record optimising and automating SDLC processes using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Domain knowledge (strong advantage):
• Financial markets - equities and/or derivatives
• KYC / AML compliance processes
• MiFID reporting obligations
• FIX Protocol

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Ability to deliver high-quality code rapidly in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Fluent English — working language across the entire team
• Autonomous, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
