Overview
As part of our growth strategy, we are launching a referral program to support the expansion of our broker population.
We are looking for:
Mid to senior brokers
Strong track record and client relationships
Duba office based
Your network is one of our strongest assets.
If you know high-quality brokers who could be a fit, we encourage you to refer them.
Usd 10,000
50% on joining
50% after successful completion of probation
Referrals must be external candidates not already in process.
