About Market Securities

Market Securities is a fast-growing, multi-office financial brokerage regulated by the DFSA, with offices across Dubai, London, Paris, Geneva, Madrid, New York and Hong Kong.

We are expanding our AI capabilities and looking for a hands-on profile to help us move fast.

The Role

As an AI Solutions Analyst, you will be the bridge between our business teams and our technology department.

You will go directly to the floor — brokers, middle office, compliance, operations — identify pain points and inefficiencies, and turn them into working AI-powered prototypes using no-code and low-code tools.

You will then hand off these prototypes to our development team for full integration into our systems.

This is not a theoretical role.

We want someone who builds.

What You Will Do

  • Engage directly with business teams across the firm to understand their workflows and identify high-impact AI use cases
  • Design and assemble AI-powered prototypes using tools such as Claude, Cursor, Make, Zapier or equivalent no-code/low-code platforms
  • Document requirements clearly and hand off validated prototypes to the development team for integration
  • Stay current on AI tools and identify new opportunities to automate and improve business processes
  • Contribute to the firm's broader AI roadmap under the direction of the Head of Technology

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools - Claude Code, Cursor, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT or equivalent. We want to see what you have built.
  • Foundational AI/ML knowledge: understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, large language models (LLMs) and AI agentic workflows
  • Understanding of the AI project lifecycle (ASDLC): ability to initiate, scope, design and deploy AI projects from end to end
  • Essential SQL and Python skills - able to query data and support prototype development independently
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into practical solutions - comfortable talking to a broker and a developer on the same day
  • Knowledge of capital markets and trade lifecycle is a strong advantage
  • Curious, autonomous, and delivery-focused - you move fast and take ownership
