About This Role
Overview
- Shift Hours : 10 hours a day for 6 days a week. 2pm to 12am, Saturday - Thursday
- Welcome customers, players, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage and confirm bookings accurately
- Ensure booking timings are followed correctly and sessions remain on schedule
- Provide players and customers with clear information about bookings, timings, and general club services
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general front desk inquiries
- Operate POS systems and manage cashier responsibilities accurately
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Use Excel for basic reporting, tracking, and record keeping
- Coordinate with the operations team to support smooth daily activities
- Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times
- Assist in resolving minor customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Support the overall customer journey by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude throughout the shift
