Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused **Front Office Executive** to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of delivering an excellent experience to visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in Arabic and English.
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor records.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Support office administration and other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office, reception, customer service, or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Arabic (Preferred)
