Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor records and handle incoming correspondence.
  • Support office administration, including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Language

  • Arabic (Preferred)
