Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.
- Support administrative projects and office operations.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
