Overview
We are seeking a qualified and vigilant **Lifeguard** to ensure the safety of guests and swimmers at our swimming pool, beach, or recreational facility.
The ideal candidate will monitor aquatic activities, enforce safety regulations, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times.
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool and water safety rules.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and rescue situations.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Inspect and maintain lifesaving equipment and pool facilities.
- Report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns to management.
- Assist guests with safety information and pool guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the pool area.
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification.
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred.
- Strong swimming and rescue skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to remain alert and respond calmly in emergencies.
