Candidates may receive exposure to different business functions based on their skills and company needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily business and office activities and tasks across departments.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams as needed.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, records and documentation.
- Assist with sales, marketing, procurement and operational activities.
- Follow up on tasks, learn company products and procedures, and maintain accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication; basic MS Office knowledge.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities; willingness to learn.
- Positive, professional approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; current availability in Dubai is preferred.
