Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage company social media accounts and develop engaging B2B content.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Develop content for social media, the website, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Create professional marketing creatives using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
- Coordinate with sales to support lead generation and business development.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Good knowledge of social media management and B2B lead generation.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- WordPress and Google Analytics knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong content writing, communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing activities independently.
- IT, technology, networking, telecom, ICT, or B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.
