Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Communication
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and ideas
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Ask the right questions to identify gaps, dependencies, and potential problems
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Propose practical solutions rather than simply following instructions
Rapid Application Development
- Convert ideas into working prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready applications
- Independently build full-stack web applications and internal business tools
- Develop intuitive interfaces, backend services, databases, and API integrations
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing
- Deliver functional prototypes quickly and improve them through stakeholder feedback
Technical Architecture & Integration
- Select suitable technologies based on business requirements
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure applications
- Integrate third-party APIs, existing software, databases, and business platforms
- Develop workflow automations that reduce manual work
- Maintain technical documentation and application reliability
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Manage the complete development process from concept to deployment
- Break complex ideas into achievable development milestones
- Prioritize features based on business value, effort, and urgency
- Demonstrate progress regularly and incorporate stakeholder feedback
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve existing applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong full-stack development skills, including frontend, backend, databases, and APIs
- Experience building and deploying applications independently
- Ability to gather requirements directly from non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
- Working knowledge of Git, cloud deployment, authentication, and application security
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and SQL
- Experience building internal business applications, dashboards, CRM systems, and workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience integrating AI models and LLM APIs into business applications
- Understanding of product management, UI/UX, and business process analysis
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior management
- Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, Portuguese, French or Spanish is strongly preferred
