FP&A Sr. Financial Analyst, Life Science Solutions

Role overview

What you will do

• Coordinate information collection with SBU FP&A teams for monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic plans.
• Drive reporting-tool standardization and automation with financial systems teams and collaborate across Corporate and business units.
• Monitor and report financial performance, analyze results and variances, and recommend actions.
• Develop early-warning tools for financial problems and recommend resolutions.
• Design, improve, and maintain financial systems and models.
• Evaluate major capital investments and support quarterly earnings releases and calls.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, and Acquisitions/Divestitures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years in finance, accounting, or a related field and strong financial analysis skills required.
• Ability to establish and implement processes, work in a fast-paced environment, and build rapport across a worldwide organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge preferred.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA or CMA preferred.

Work arrangement

• Work onsite Monday through Thursday; choose a work location on Fridays based on work needs.

Pay

• Annual base salary range is $97,406.66 to $156,200.00.
• Compensation type is salary; the position is not incentive or sales-commission eligible.
