The FP&A Analyst will own the numbers that inform company decisions in a hardware-focused deep-tech business.

What you will do
- Own the financial model covering revenue, cost of goods, headcount, capital expenditure, and cash.
- Build and maintain unit economics per SKU and keep them accurate as the bill of materials changes.
- Run budgeting and forecasting and explain variances.
- Model working capital and inventory for a business that buys components before invoicing.
- Prepare board and investor reporting.
- Provide commercial and engineering teams with analysis to support decisions between options.
What you need
- At least three years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, transaction services, or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling ability.
- Comfort with cost of goods and inventory, not only recurring revenue.
- Judgment to flag assumptions rather than conceal them.
Useful, not required
- Hardware, manufacturing, or deep-tech experience is useful but not required.
- A relevant qualification, in progress or completed, is useful but not required.
- Startup experience where the financial model changed monthly is useful but not required.
