Role overview
Build a partner channel of resellers, integrators, and consultancies to reach customer accounts beyond direct sales.
This is a channel-building role; the channel largely does not yet exist, and the position is not a management role.
What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners across the region.
- Create channel commercial frameworks covering margin, deal registration, tiering, and rules of engagement.
- Develop partner technical training, positioning, and competitive materials.
- Run joint partner pipeline and maintain accountability.
- Represent channel needs internally with product and marketing.
What you need
- At least 6 years of channel or partner management experience in enterprise technology.
- Must have built a channel rather than inherited one.
- Comfort with partner economics and negotiation.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Existing partner relationships across the GCC.
- Hardware or infrastructure channel experience.
- Experience launching a partner programme from scratch.
