Think AI builds compute hardware and software orchestration to improve utilization and efficiency.

The company was founded in Riyadh in 2025 and aims to redefine AI infrastructure from the silicon up.

Role overview

Lead technical pre-sales and customer success across the commercial footprint, anchored in Riyadh and expanding regionally.

Serve as the customer-facing technical authority mapping Think AI Nodes and ILM to customer environments, workloads, and constraints.

What you will do

  • Own technical solution design for major deals and translate customer requirements into hardware and software configurations.
  • Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept scoping with customer architects and engineering teams.
  • Manage and develop the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician; hire and maintain standards as the team grows.
  • Own technical RFP responses.
  • Bridge sales and engineering, carrying customer needs to product and explaining engineering solutions to customers.
  • Run technical onboarding and guide deployments from kickoff to go-live.

What you need

  • At least 8 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or equivalent customer-facing technical work in AI, accelerated compute, servers, or data centre infrastructure.
  • Experience at a leading hardware, hyperscale, or AI company designing compute solutions for named accounts.
  • Technical breadth in accelerated compute, networking, storage, Linux, and bare-metal training, fine-tuning, and inference.
  • Experience managing a small technical team or serving as a technical lead.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with CUDA, ROCm, PyTorch, vLLM, or comparable infrastructure tooling.
  • Familiarity with liquid cooling, high-density rack design, or regulated-environment architectures.
  • Experience positioning combined hardware and software solutions.
  • Postgraduate technical degree or experience scaling a startup from early to growth stage.
