Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Pro Inventions Auto Services LLC into the next phase of growth and success. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, strategy, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the automotive industry, a strong business acumen, and the ability to innovate and drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:

Lead the overall strategic direction of the company, working closely with the executive team and board of directors to define short-term and long-term goals.

• Financial Oversight:

Ensure the financial health of the company by managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and making strategic decisions to maximize profitability and growth.

• Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes, products, and services are of the highest quality and efficiency.

• Innovation & Product Development:

Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the development of new services and products that meet the evolving needs of the automotive industry.

• Team Building & Talent Management:

Build and maintain a high-performing team, guiding, mentoring, and motivating employees to achieve their full potential. Develop a strong organizational culture that aligns with company values.

• Client Relationships & Market Expansion:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand market presence and customer base.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Identify and mitigate risks to the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO, or in other managerial positions within the automotive or related industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance metrics, and strategic management.
• Experience in driving innovation and managing operational change in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of growing revenues and improving company profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
• Passion for the automotive industry and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: AED70,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
