About This Role

Three Neon Dots is an AI-native brand, build, and growth studio. We're an Estonian entity with a Qatari startup presence, helping early-stage and scaling businesses brand, build, and grow under one roof.

We work across three connected pillars: Brand (naming, identity, positioning, pitch), Build (websites, SaaS, MVPs, AI automation), and Growth (content, paid, SEO, CRM, analytics). AI sits as the connective layer across all three.

We're looking for a Co-Founder & Ecosystem Architect to sit at the centre of our two regions and run point on growth across Europe and the Gulf. This is a co-founder role, not a hire dressed up as one. You'll be early enough to shape the company and senior enough to open doors that take other people decades to reach.

What you'll actually do

• Run the bridge between our Estonia HQ and Qatar operations. Move strategy, partnerships, and commercial decisions across both regions without friction.
• Build relationships with the people who matter: founders, SMEs, VCs, government and quasi-government bodies (Qatar Foundation, ministries, innovation councils, Estonia's e-Residency and startup ecosystem), and enterprise clients.
• Develop a real partnership pipeline. Land alliances that turn into revenue and equity opportunities, not MoUs that sit in folders.
• Bring in startups and SMEs as clients across all three pillars. Help shape how we package and price our work as we scale.
• Represent Three Neon Dots at high-level forums, investor rooms, accelerators, and government-led innovation programs in both regions.
• Sit at the table on commercial strategy, fundraising, and long-term direction.

Who we want to hear from

• 15+ years in business development, digital transformation, or strategy consulting. Senior, but with the appetite to build something from early stage again.
• A real track record of closing partnerships and pipelines in the multi-million range. If you've built and closed pipelines worth 5M+ QAR or equivalent, that's the level we're operating at.
• Direct experience with government, quasi-government, and enterprise clients in Qatar or the wider GCC. Prior work with Qatar Foundation, Qatar Airways, ESCWA, UN bodies, or similar is a strong plus.
• Solid grounding in AI, digital products, or technology consulting. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language fluently. Knowing what AI can actually do today (vs the hype) matters.
• Comfortable moving between Europe and the Gulf. Familiarity with Estonia's tech scene, e-Residency, or EU startup funding ecosystem helps.
• Arabic and English are essential for the Gulf side. Any European language is a plus for Estonia.
• Credentials like PRINCE2, AI Engineering, MBAs, or UX foundations carry weight. Track record matters more.
