Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Co-Founder & Business Development Partner. The ideal person will join founding team along with all the perks and benefits including Equity options. The role involves driving business growth, securing partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to grow the Off Script Dubai community. You will oversee the implementation and management of business operations, foster strategic relationships, engage stakeholders, and assume a leadership role in the planning and execution of initiatives to expand the organization’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and insights
• Excellent Communication abilities for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and public speaking
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to build partnerships and close strategic deals
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies and tools to promote community growth and brand visibility
• Solid Research skills to explore potential markets and develop innovative solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives
• Previous experience in a leadership or co-founding role is advantageous
