Role overview

Research and development responsibilities

• Design and execute experimental methods, protocols, studies, and technical tasks; incorporate relevant new techniques and technology.
• Troubleshoot experiments and technical studies, interpret results, and communicate recommended next steps.
• Promote data integrity standards and lead data integrity projects.
• Perform complex data management tasks with minimal supervision.
• Develop understanding of regulatory requirements and assist with new research directions and project strategies.
• Write technical report sections, contribute to scientific papers, present at internal R&D meetings, and prepare interpreted project summaries.
• Participate in program teams, lead sub-team work, and keep the supervisor informed of progress.

Basic qualification

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical work experience in a relevant discipline.

Preferred qualifications

• PhD, complex problem-solving ability, leadership experience, data analysis experience, communication and presentation skills, and project management experience are preferred.
