Overview

Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and logistics team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can efficiently operate forklifts, handle materials safely, and support smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced freight and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack goods safely and efficiently.
  • Move materials and products within the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure safe operating conditions.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
  • Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
  • Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and equipment usage.
  • Support warehouse staff with general logistics and material-handling activities when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Forklift Operator certification or license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or freight environment.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move materials when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
