- Supervise joinery and carpentry works at factory and site.
- Manage carpenters, installers, and skilled workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with production, site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure joinery works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor material requirements and report shortages.
- Conduct quality inspections before dispatch and installation.
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
- Resolve site and production issues to avoid delays.
