The Food Runner supports the front-of-house team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately and contributing to a strong guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests and support waitstaff during service.
- Verify orders are complete and presented to company standards before serving.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables; maintain dining-area cleanliness.
- Communicate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams and respond to guest requests, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Keep service stations clean, organized, and stocked; assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous Runner, Food Runner, or similar Food and Beverage experience in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, premium spa, wellness club, or hospitality brand in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of food service and hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Dubai.
