Support the Front of House team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders from the kitchen and bar; support waitstaff during service.
- Check orders are complete and presented to company standards.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables; maintain dining-area cleanliness.
- Communicate with kitchen, bar, and Front of House teams; respond to guest requests and escalate concerns.
- Keep service stations clean, organized, and stocked; follow company hygiene, health, and safety policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous Runner, Food Runner, or similar food-and-beverage experience in the UAE, in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, premium spa, wellness club, or hospitality brand.
- Strong food-service and hospitality standards knowledge; communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
