Join a luxury wellness destination in Dubai as a professional, well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reception and front-office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests warmly, professionally, and courteously.
- Manage check-ins, reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries professionally.
- Explain facility services, memberships, treatments, wellness experiences, and other offerings.
- Coordinate with Guest Experience, Spa, Banya, and Food and Beverage teams.
- Process payments, maintain guest records, and operate booking and point-of-sale systems.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain the reception and lobby area to luxury hospitality standards.
- Support day-to-day front-office and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- At least four years of Receptionist or Front Office experience in a luxury UAE hospitality environment is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- A well-groomed professional appearance and positive attitude are required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Experience with hotel, spa, or hospitality booking or point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Additional languages, particularly Russian, are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
