Cinemacity has opened its newest venue in Abu Dhabi featuring three state-of-the-art kitchens, live entertainment, a licensed private members club, theatres creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere with mixed dining and cuisine.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead operations at Cinemacity’s newest luxury entertainment destination.
This one-of-a-kind venue goes beyond the traditional cinema experience, offering VIP in-seat dining, an exclusive VIP Lounge, a private members club, live entertainment, and three state-of-the-art kitchens delivering diverse, high-end cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B operations across the venue, including in-cinema dining, VIP Lounge, and private members club
- Ensure exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience at all touchpoints
- Manage daily operations of three kitchens in coordination with the Executive Chef
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Monitor service efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction, taking proactive steps to enhance performance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain a premium experience
- Drive revenue through upselling strategies, promotions, and innovative guest experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to execute activations, launches, and special events
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management to maximize profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality or high-end dining environments
- Strong background in multi-outlet operations (restaurants, lounges, or clubs)
- Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entertainment-driven environment
- Knowledge of current F&B trends and premium service standards
