Sataya Collection is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our long-standing clients for an F&B Operations Manager within an ultra-exclusive private members’ golf club in the United Kingdom.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly discreet, service-led environment catering to an exceptional UHNW membership base. The setting is refined, understated, and deeply relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on consistency, discretion, and highly polished hospitality across both day-to-day member experience and private events.

We are seeking an experienced food and beverage operator with a strong background in luxury clubs, private members’ environments, five-star hospitality, or high-end destination venues. This role requires a hands-on and emotionally intelligent leader who understands how to deliver a seamless, elevated experience in a setting where standards are high, expectations are nuanced, and service must feel intuitive rather than formal.

Candidates currently based abroad, with an existing legal right to work in the United Kingdom and openness to relocation, are encouraged to apply. Prior experience within private members’ clubs, luxury golf environments, country clubs, or similarly UHNW-led hospitality settings would be highly advantageous.

Scope of Role:

• Oversee the full day-to-day food and beverage operation across an ultra-exclusive private members’ golf club
• Ensure all dining, lounge, terrace, clubhouse, and event hospitality is delivered to an exceptional and highly consistent standard
• Lead and support the front-of-house F&B team, driving service excellence, presentation, and operational discipline
• Create a polished, highly personalised member experience built around discretion, anticipation, and genuine relationship-led service
• Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure strong alignment across menu execution, service flow, and overall member satisfaction
• Oversee staffing, rota planning, training, stock control, cost management, and departmental performance
• Support the delivery of private member events, seasonal programming, hosted experiences, and occasional high-profile functions
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, compliance, and operational detail across all F&B areas
• Act as a visible and hands-on presence within the clubhouse, setting the tone for a warm, discreet, and world-class service culture

The Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or senior food and beverage leader within a private members’ club, luxury golf club, five-star hotel, or similarly high-touch hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of refined, relationship-led service and the nuance required in member-facing operations
• Experience managing multiple dining and service environments with exceptional attention to detail
• Commercially aware, operationally strong, and confident leading polished front-of-house teams
• Naturally discreet, emotionally intelligent, and highly professional in approach
• Comfortable operating in an ultra-UHNW environment where confidentiality and consistency are essential
• Must already hold the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
• Open to relocation to the United Kingdom
• European luxury hospitality experience would be highly advantageous
