Manage and grow Manforce Condoms and Prega News Pregnancy Testing Kits across the UAE.
The position requires relevant UAE sales experience in the specified product categories or closely related FMCG categories.
Sales and distribution responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both brands across the UAE.
- Manage listings and sales with LuLu, Carrefour, pharmacies, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and other modern-trade accounts.
- Expand distribution across A, B, and C category outlets.
- Build relationships with buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Negotiate listings, promotions, margins, rebates, visibility, and commercial terms.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and brand-building activities.
- Appoint and manage distributors, sales representatives, merchandisers, and promoters.
- Monitor targets, outlet coverage, stock movement, competitor activity, and market performance.
- Submit sales forecasts, market reports, and business-development plans; achieve sales and distribution targets.
Mandatory requirements
- At least five years of sales experience in the UAE market.
- Direct experience with condoms, pregnancy testing kits, sexual wellness, OTC healthcare, personal care, or similar FMCG products.
- Experience handling LuLu, Carrefour, major retail chains, pharmacies, and A, B, and C category outlets.
- A strong UAE network of distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key buyers.
- Ability to independently develop and manage brands.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

- Work location is in person in the UAE.
