Position Overview

Mechanical Engineering Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the

• across high-rise properties, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Proven track record in
• asset operations, cost control, and performance optimization
• .
• Strong expertise in
• MEP systems, building services, and FM best practices

• Demonstrated experience in
• budget ownership and financial planning

• Strong leadership experience managing
• teams and multi-site operations

• CAFM systems, AutoCAD, and performance analytics tools
