Job purpose
Use artistic skills to arrange flowers and prepare bouquets for various occasions, satisfying customer preferences.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Create visual displays and handle requests for predesigned arrangements and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity; manage in-person, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral décor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations, following customer standing orders.
- Ensure flowers are wrapped or have a note attached when required.
- Select and cut flowers to produce attractive arrangements that arrive safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals and standards; perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
- At least 4 years of florist work experience is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,700–4,000 per month.
Employment
- The role is full-time and permanent.
Work location
- Work is in person.
