Job purpose
Create flower arrangements and bouquets for various occasions that satisfy customers' needs.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Ensure adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Maintain visual flower displays and handle predesigned and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, colour, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral decor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations.
- Wrap flowers or attach notes as requested.
- Select and cut flowers to create attractive arrangements that travel safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals and standards communicated by supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience requirement
- At least four years of florist experience is required.
Pay
- AED 2,700–4,000 per month.

- Full-time, permanent.
