About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create bouquets, centerpieces, and floral arrangements for events and landscaping projects
- Select flowers and plants based on themes, seasons, climate, and client needs
- Take care of flowers and plants through proper watering, pruning, and basic maintenance
- Work with landscape designers and project teams to add floral elements to outdoor spaces
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable designs
- Manage flower and supply inventory, including ordering and organizing stock
- Handle floral setup and installation at sites, events, and client locations
- Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and quality of all floral materials
- Maintain high standards for all arrangements and presentations
- Support in creating new floral ideas and seasonal designs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Florist or in floral arrangement/design
- Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors when required
- UAE experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
