Overview

Floral Design & Arrangement

• Create bouquets, centerpieces, and floral arrangements for events, landscaping projects, and special occasions.
• Design floral concepts that align with themes, seasons, client preferences, and project requirements.
• Support in developing innovative and seasonal floral design ideas.

Plant & Flower Care

• Select appropriate flowers and plants based on climate, availability, and design needs.
• Maintain flowers and plants through proper watering, pruning, conditioning, and basic care.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all floral materials at all times.

Event & Site Execution

• Handle floral setup and installation at event venues, outdoor sites, and client locations.
• Work closely with landscape and project teams to integrate floral elements into outdoor designs.
• Ensure proper handling, transportation, and placement of floral arrangements.

Client Interaction

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Suggest suitable floral designs and arrangements based on client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Inventory Management

• Manage flower stock, materials, and supplies.
• Assist in ordering and organizing floral inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and minimal wastage of floral products.

Quality & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards of all floral work.
• Ensure all arrangements meet company presentation and design standards.
• Monitor flower condition and replace as needed to maintain freshness.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer is required.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care techniques.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors when required.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in event floristry and outdoor floral installations.
• Knowledge of seasonal flowers and design trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
