About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our floral team immediately.
The ideal candidate will have UAE sales experience and a passion for building client relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.
Experience
in flowers, events, or gifting is a strong advantage.
In this role, you will assist customers in selecting floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, while coordinating closely with the florist and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Connect with new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable floral arrangements and décor solutions.
- Actively promote floral products for events, gifting, and corporate orders.
Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely confirmation.
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with the florist and operations team for order preparation.
- Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Communicate special instructions clearly to production and delivery teams.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented approach.
Business Development
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Support business growth through upselling and repeat customer engagement.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer reach.
Requirements
- UAE sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and positive personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
