- One of our business unit is looking for a Floral Designer to create arrangements according to client’s requirements by ensuring company’s standard design patterns .
- Ensure quality control of all products, handling and set-ups before dispatching and delivery to Clients.
- Create floral arrangements for various events and occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and personal celebrations.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations on floral designs and arrangements.
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials based on client requirements and seasonal availability.
- Arrange flowers, foliage, and other materials to achieve aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, florists, wedding planners, hospitality professionals to improve the sales opportunities.
- Execute clients’ requests, ensure on time delivery, and strive to improve customer relations and satisfaction through customers’ feedback.
- Plan, select, order, and process all floral materials (flowers, packaging, and all accessories) needed to meet the business requirements (B2B and B2C).
- Supervise all stock movement activities: in/out, transfer and eliminate stock shortage/damages and perform stock replenishment in an efficient manner.
- Confirm the team is maintaining photos of all floral works for the marketing purposes,
- Maintain the working areas, chillers and florists’ equipment are tidy and organized.
- Diploma In Business Administration with 3 Years’ experience.
- 5 years + experience in Flower shop Management and Floral Designs
