We are seeking an experienced
Business Excellence Manager
to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, implement, and maintain the Group QMS aligned with ISO 9001, EFQM, and business objectives.
- Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, and manuals across all business units.
- Drive business excellence frameworks, performance improvement initiatives, and process optimization.
- Identify key performance metrics and best practices to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, international standards, and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors.
- Monitor QMS performance, conduct internal audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare management reports highlighting performance trends, audit outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead Management Review meetings and present quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, EFQM framework, audit methodologies, and UAE regulatory requirements.
